I picked up this formula from some posting, it most propably doesn't really give you very good results, but perhaps some kind of a pointer in the right direction to evaluate your progress....

And if you feel like testing the formula, just feed a weight and choose reps, and see what you could've gotten...
(Just insert the numbers into the weight and reps categories and move the focus away, and the result should appear...)
