- 1mc2vlmc:

A synthetic sequence
S_{12} of length 2n over the alphabet \A=\{0, 1, 2, 3\} that was
composed of two segments S_{1} and S_{2} of length n each generated as follows:
- S_{2} was generated from a 2-VLMC model M_{2}(T_{2}, \theta(T_{2})), where tree \T_{2} has only 5 nodes at depth 2; and
- S_{1} was generated from a 1-MC $M_{1}(\T_{1}, \theta(T_{1}))$, where
 \T_{1}=T_{2}|1 and \theta(T_{1})= \theta(T_{2}|1)), where T_{2}|1 is a truncation
of tree $T_{2}$ upto depth 1. Thus, M_{1} and M_{2} are identical in terms of
1-MC and 0-MC.
