multiWayCCA: Multivariate multi-way analysis of multi-source data

The multiWayCCA package implements the multi-way, multi-source, method described in the paper Multivariate multi-way analysis of multi-source data. The method has been developed by the Statistical Machine Learning and Bioinformatics group at the Department of Information and Computer Science, Aalto University. When you use this method, please cite the following paper:

Ilkka Huopaniemi, Tommi Suvitaival, Janne Nikkilä, Matej Orešič, and Samuel Kaski. Multivariate multi-way analysis of multi source data. Bioinformatics, 26:i391-i398, 2010. (ISMB 2010).

Documentation and support

For documentation and examples, see the readme.txt file included in the package. The package is an implementation for the 3-way, 2-source, problem.

Detailed instructions for how to interpret the results will be added on this page in August 2010.

This is experimental software provided as is; we welcome any comments and corrections but cannot give any guarantees about the code. If you have any comments or bug reports, please direct them to Tommi Suvitaival or Ilkka Huopaniemi.
