in CS building. They are NOT compulsory.

Alan S. Willsky: Signals and Systems, Prentice-Hall, 1997
(2nd edition).
There are lots of exercise material available in the books
and in the Internet. The following material is available
from courses T-61.140 and T-61.246:
Assessment: Exam on Wednesday, December 15th 2004,
at 13-16, in hall T1 and T2 in CS building. Registrate in WWWTopi!
Chapters 1-7 in the book, how they are processed in lectures.
There will be mostly problems with calculations by hands in
the exam.
