Eerika Savia

I am a former researcher in the Statistical Machine Learning and Bioinformatics research group of the Adaptive Informatics Research Centre. My research interests have been focused on machine learning models for dependency or relevance exploration. My recent research projects include dependency exploration from fMRI data and collaborative filtering models. I got my PhD degree in 2010 and my thesis was titled "Mutual Dependency-Based Modeling of Relevance in Co-Occurrence Data".
