A number of functions in the package do not belong to the core Icasso, but have been contributed by various people. In particular, some functions of SOM Toolbox 2.0 are included in the Icasso software package: these functions have a copyright notice of their own.

Downloading and installing

  1. If you do not have FastICA 2 for MATLAB, install it first.
  2. Download Icasso 1.22 directory [].
  3. Unzip the package.
  4. Add the new directory icasso122 into your MATLAB path. Use MATLAB's path browser or command addpath in MATLAB.
